A pallet, sometimes inaccurately called a skid (a skid has no bottom deck boards), is a flat transport structure that supports goods in a stable fashion while being lifted by a forklift, pallet jack, front loader, work saver, or other jacking device, or a crane. A pallet is the structural foundation of a unit load which allows handling and storage efficiencies. Goods orshipping containers are often placed on a pallet secured with strapping, stretch wrap or shrink wrap and shipped. Since its invention in the twentieth century, its use has dramatically supplanted older forms of crating like the wooden box and the wooden barrel, as it works well with modern packaging like cardboard boxes and Intermodal containers commonly used for bulk shipping.While most pallets are wooden, pallets can also be made of plastic, metal, paper, and recycled materials. Each material has advantages and disadvantages relative to the others.

As per name basically the pallet is made of wood, and the size of pallet and strength will be undertaken after confirmation of the cargo weight. A strength of wooden pallet can be modified by using metal strips which is basically called semi wooden pallet for the cargo weighing around 2 tons and over.
As per name basically the pallet is made of plastic and has more strength and more cost effective then wooden pallet. The advantage for plastic pallet over wooden is that they are crack proof, durable, reusable and strength.

Packing: In this operation the cargo and pallet will be connected and packed with plastic liner or bubble wrap. Then we will pack it with plastic strips and again repack with plastic liner and now the cargo is ready for the movement.
Loading: In this operation the cargo will be load with forklift or hydra in the container which you can find in our services.
Leashing & Chocking: After the loading of cargo leashing and chocking is done as per necessary step required to stable the cargo in the container. Now the container will be locked and shipment is ready for the move.
